  • How do I obtain a copy of your brochure?

    You can download your own copy of our product brochure here. Alternatively you can email us your details and we’ll pop one in the post for you.

  • How can I arrange a meeting with an Account Manager?

    Please give us a call on 01924 375 951 or send us an email using the contact form here and we’d be happy to come and see you.

  • Do you have a size guide?

    Once you are logged in to your client portal, you will see a link to a specific size guide on each product page of the item you are viewing. As a general guide we also have a size chart to help you when ordering our other brochure products. You can access this size guide here.

Order FAQ's

  • How do I place an order?

    See something you like in our brochure? Simply get in touch with our customer service team on 01924 375 951 for more information and to place your order.

  • How do I change or cancel an order?

    Please contact our Customer Service Team on 01924 375 951 as soon as you realise a change needs to be made. Depending on the progress of your order, we’ll try our best to meet your needs.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

    If your order is placed before midday we will process your order the same day, providing all items in your order are in stock.

    Should there be a shortage of stock a member of our customer service team will contact you to advise of a later dispatch date.

    Allowing for busy periods, you can expect to receive your delivery within 2 – 5 working days from receipt of order (if not sooner!)

    If your order is placed after midday, on a weekend or a Bank Holiday, your order will be processed the next working day.

    All deliveries on this service are dispatched by courier service DPD (A signature will be required).

    Be sure to add your mobile number to your order information when you checkout, this way our delivery drivers can keep you up to date with your order and give you an estimated time of delivery.

  • My order hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?

    Still waiting for your order to arrive? Please have your Order Reference and your Account Number ready, then call our Customer Service team on 01924 375 951 who will be able to track your parcel and advise you of the estimated delivery day.

  • I have received an incorrect or faulty item. What should I do?

    If you notice any problems with your order once you receive it, please contact customer services immediately on 01924 375 951. The team will be able to assist and help you from there.

     

  • How do I make an exchange or return?

    Your uniform order will be dispatched to you with a two part delivery note.

    The pink copy is for your retention and the yellow copy is for use, should you need to return your order.
    We will accept any order back as long as it is returned within 28 days of the despatch date and is in its original packaging.

    Simply fill in the yellow form stating a reason for return and if an exchange is required.
    Enclose the form along with the goods and return them to the address below:-

    We endeavour to process your return/credit within 72 hours of receipt.
